GRAMMATICAL MEANS OF EXPRESSING THE CATEGORY OF TEMPORALITY IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE

Abstract

The article deals with the main grammatical means of explication of the category of temporality in the Russian language on the material of journalistic texts. Based on the results of the analysis, it was revealed that aspectual forms as grammatical means of expressing temporal relations can express both actual and irrelevant meanings relative to the grammatical reference point.
