Abstract

Improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of healthcare systems opens the way to solving health problems, serving more people, using new technologies, and coordinating not only organizational-economic, but also social issues. This article provides brief definitions and advice on ways to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of service provision in the health care system.
