The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted global mental health, creating unprecedented challenges for individuals, healthcare systems, and societies worldwide. This study examines mental health trends during 2022-2023, focusing on the prevalence of anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders in the post-acute phase of the pandemic. Through a comprehensive analysis of global data, we investigate the effectiveness of various intervention strategies and identify vulnerable populations. Our findings indicate a persistent elevation in mental health disorders, with anxiety affecting 35.2% of the population and depression affecting 28.7% during this period. Digital mental health interventions showed significant promise, with teletherapy demonstrating 73% effectiveness rates. This research provides critical insights for developing evidence-based mental health policies and intervention programs in the post-pandemic era.
