Investment Directions in Increase of Agricultural Efficiency

Abstract

The article examines the directions of investments in
increasing the efficiency of agriculture. One of the
reasons that hinders the inflow of capital into the
economy is the lack of legal protection of the
investment process. As a system of legal documents
of different levels, its legal base includes, first of all,
state laws. Another important element of the legal
basis of the investment process is the legal
documents regulating the implementation of this
process within the framework of the powers of the
subjects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
