A strategic framework for successful team science projects that emphasizes key steps such as team formation, establishing shared research goals, creating a psychologically safe environment, clear roles and responsibilities, articulating communication protocols, and adhering to authorship guidelines are vital parts . forming a project team. By fostering collaboration, embracing diversity, and encouraging exclusivity, teams can harness the collective expertise and creativity needed to solve pressing scientific problems and achieve transformative discoveries to improve human health.
