ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN THE CENTER OF DHI QAR GOVERNORATE

Abstract

The research aimed to prepare, codify, and apply an organizational culture scale for physical education teachers in the center of Dhi Qar Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive method, using both survey and correlational methods. Because it is the most appropriate in knowing the reality of the aspects of the study and solving the research problem. The research sample included (185) physical education teachers from a research population of (185) teachers. For the organizational culture scale, the scale was prepared, applied to the sample, and its data was processed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The research came out with a set of conclusions, including: The organizational culture scale is suitable for measuring the levels of physical education teachers working in the center of Dhi Qar Governorate.
