OBSTACLES TO STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE WORK CLIMATE OF THE IRAQI ATHLETICS FEDERATION

Abstract

Introduction and importance of research:

Strategic planning is an essential element of management, and it is considered the stage of thinking that precedes the implementation of any work, because strategic planning is a series of decisions related to the future to achieve the established goals. Strategic planning is also an essential process that cannot be dispensed with in any union, as strategic planning has become the ideal solution.

Research objectives:

1- Design a measure of the obstacles to strategic planning for the work climate of the Iraqi Athletics Federation

2- Identifying the levels of obstacles to strategic planning for the work climate of the Iraqi Athletics Federation

Conclusions and recommendations

Conclusions

1- It was achieved to build a measure of obstacles to the strategic planning of the work climate for the Iraqi Athletics Federation in the southern and central region.

2- The research sample was divided into five levels (very good - good - average - acceptable - poor), where the application sample fell within the average level.

Recommendations

1. Adopting the current measure of obstacles to strategic planning for the work climate of the Iraqi Athletics Federation in the southern and central region


2. The need for adequate knowledge of the importance of strategic planning by administrators in sports federations.


3. Benefiting from the expertise of specialists in the field of strategic planning to improve the work of Iraqi sports federations.
