Abstract

The research aimed to explore the economic impacts of the FIFA World Cup held in Qatar. The researcher employed a multi-dimensional analytical methodology, utilizing a descriptive analysis approach based on official statistics, data, and information collected through scientific studies, research, and official websites on the internet. To address the research problem, this methodology was deemed suitable for such scientific inquiries. The researcher hypothesized the existence of significant economic impacts, which were confirmed by the data. The study concluded that there is a strong correlation between sports and the economic sector, as evidenced by the substantial revenues generated across various fields. Furthermore, the tournament conveyed highly positive images to the world, showcasing its diverse benefits, particularly in the economic domain.
