Gymnastics has achieved great development in distinguished achievements, which indicates an improvement in the level of technical performance of gymnastics in particular as a result of the contribution of sports training in applying its principles, rules and scientific foundations in building the necessary curricula in gymnastics, which is characterized by special requirements and high-level technical performance. In addition, its practitioners are from young age groups compared to other sports, which prompted the researcher to use training with a laser assisted device in skill performance that works to develop the strength characterized by speed and technical performance on the parallel bar. The research aimed to prepare training using the laser assisted device to develop the strength characterized by speed and the back-weighted skill with a half-turn of pushing to stand on the hands on the parallel bar and to identify the effect of training using the laser assisted device to develop the strength characterized by speed and the back-weighted skill with a half-turn of pushing to stand on the hands on the parallel bar. The research assumed the existence of significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests in the strength characterized by speed and skill on the parallel bar and in favor of the post-tests. The researcher used the experimental method and the research sample is the players of the training center in Nasiriyah over 18 years old.
The researcher used the laser assistant device during the performance of training and skills in order to reduce the deductions of the referees of Committee E represented by extension, inclination and flexion. The researcher addressed the results of the pre- and post-tests of physical tests and technical performance that were in favor of the post-tests.
The researcher reached a set of conclusions, namely that the laser assistant device contributed to providing the players with desire, excitement and drive towards training, in addition to exploiting the time and effort of the coach and player. The training using the device prepared by the researcher was appropriate for the ages of the research sample, and this is what the research results showed by achieving high development rates.
