Abstract
Nutrition is one of the important factors in raising the level of physical efficiency, increasing the speed of recovery and resisting fatigue, as it is an example of the connection between the external environment and the human body, and that malnutrition greatly affects blood sugar and blood pressure levels during exercise, and that poor nutrition may affect the levels of some important elements in the body, such as some vitamins, minerals, and others. The change in lifestyle and the subsequent decrease in the level of physical activity may lead to excessive weight gain, as well as an increase in cases of arterial diseases, obesity and associated diseases. The importance of the research lies in preparing a physical diet using a manufactured waist sculpting device due to its importance in the field of sports in general and improving the shape of the body in particular for the practical benefit of both women and women in how to organize the process of losing weight and avoiding surgical intervention and taking slimming pills. The problem of the research comes from poor nutrition and lack of exercise and physical activity, as there are many women who cannot carry out their daily tasks as well as exercise effectively, and for this reason many of them withdraw from performing some life skills and have a social and sensory problem due to excessive weight gain. The most important objectives of the study were to design a physical diet program Using a waist sculpting device specially manufactured for obese women, the most important conclusion reached by the study was that using the proposed diet-physical program helps improve waist circumference values and functional indicators in women.
