Abstract

This article presents the theoretical foundations for implementing a people’s IPO process in joint-stock companies with state ownership. It also analyzes the condition of joint-stock companies where people's IPOs have been carried out. Furthermore, it explores the issues related to people's IPOs and suggests solutions for overcoming them. In addition, scientific proposals and practical recommendations have been developed to address the identified problems in the people's IPO process within joint-stock companies.
