Abstract

Examples of such applications would be: numerical methods, mathematical physics, linear programming, optimization and operations research, continuum modeling, biomathematics and bioinformatics, information theory, game theory, probability theory and statistics, financial mathematics and actuarial calculations, cryptography, and therefore combinatorics and somewhat finite geometry.
