Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern trends and practical aspects of assessing the quality of e-learning resources. It examined the multifaceted nature of the concept of “quality”, its pedagogical, technical, and service dimensions. A comparative analysis of key assessment models such as Kirkpatrick, “E-Learning Success Model” and the UCL framework was conducted. Practical assessment methods such as questionnaires and LMS statistics were also discussed. An important part of the article is devoted to the impact of technologies such as artificial intelligence, in particular ChatGPT, on the assessment process, their capabilities, and the economic and ethical problems they cause. At the end, practical recommendations are given on quality assurance for educational institutions.
