This study examines the relationship between legal forms of business organization and project development processes within modern enterprises. The introduction outlines how the choice of legal structure such as sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company affects operational efficiency, financial management, and strategic planning. Despite extensive research on business law and management, a clear knowledge gap remains regarding how legal frameworks shape the planning and execution of projects across different organizational forms. The research employs a comparative analytical method, reviewing statutory regulations, organizational case studies, and project management models to identify the legal and managerial factors that influence project development outcomes. Data were collected from various business sectors to evaluate how ownership type, liability distribution, and governance mechanisms impact project financing and risk management. Findings reveal that enterprises with well-defined legal structures demonstrate stronger project control, clearer accountability, and more efficient resource allocation. Results indicate that the integration of appropriate legal forms enhances project feasibility and sustainability through better compliance and transparent decision-making processes. The study implies that aligning business legal structures with project development strategies is essential for improving organizational performance and long-term stability. It provides practical insights for entrepreneurs, managers, and policymakers seeking to optimize project success through legal and organizational alignment.
