Abstract

In the context of global technological transformation, the construction industry is being reshaped by digital engineering, modular production, green building standards, industrialized construction, and data-driven project management. The purpose of this article is to conduct a statistical and comparative assessment of advanced foreign experiences in the development of construction industry enterprises and to identify the most applicable mechanisms for improving productivity, innovation capacity and resource efficiency. The study uses comparative statistical analysis, benchmarking, factor grouping and an integral experience-transfer matrix based on international indicators related to construction productivity, digitalization, investment efficiency, innovation infrastructure and sustainability. The analysis covers the experience of Germany, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China and the United Kingdom as countries that have implemented distinct models of construction sector modernization. The results show that successful development of construction enterprises is not determined by capital investment alone, but by the systemic integration of digital technologies, skilled labor, regulatory discipline, supply-chain coordination and innovation-oriented industrial policy. The paper proposes a practical framework for adapting foreign experience to developing economies, including Uzbekistan, through digital construction standards, enterprise-level productivity monitoring, prefabrication, cluster-based cooperation and green technology incentives.
